My name is Arthur Johnson and I am the owner and operator of Monarch Construction LLC. I have been in construction (and Fallon) for as long as I can remember. I have been a trusted member of this wonderful community for over 30 years. And it’s why I won’t put my name on anything I can’t be proud of. After all, the only thing we ever really leave behind is our work and our relationships. And I will do nothing that would harm either one of those. It’s why your friends, neighbors, and family have consistently trusted Monarch Construction LLC with their construction needs for over 20 years. I am proud of the fact that Monarch Construction LLC has survived for that long and I look forward to serving you and your family for many years to come.
I’m Beth Webb, I run the office, for Monarch Construction LLC. My construction exposure started almost before I was born. My grandfather, father, and all three of my siblings are in construction. As a child, it was always a treat to visit them on the jobsites. I loved to follow them around, climbing the walls, making things from small scraps of wood and collecting the metal knockouts from electrical boxes (those were my coins!) When other little girls were daydreaming about wedding gowns, I was mentally designing detailed ranches, barns, and castles. At sixteen I finally got to go to work with dad. Dad wasn’t the kind to hand his kids things, so I had to pull my weight! I dug ditches, poured concrete, erected walls, roofed buildings, and even pulled wire. This all gave me a hand’s on and in depth knowledge of construction. But, being a young adult, I couldn’t wait to do something, anything, different! So, off I went. I spent a few years in Colorado, working as a manager in a fast-food franchise. By 2003 I was back home, two mini-me’s in tow. Coming home also meant coming home to construction, but it wasn’t quite as simple as that. Turns out, construction is an awesome way to lose that baby fat! Over the next several years I continued gaining hands on knowledge. I even got to supervise my own crew part of the time. I found working with my hands very rewarding, but being out in the weather wasn’t so nice! So, when the opportunity presented itself, I took over the office. Here I found my niche! I enjoy the challenge of staying on top of everything: from licensing and permitting, to insurance and finance, to estimating and material deliveries. It’s gratifying to see something go from an abstract idea in one person’s mind to a brick and mortar reality that everyone can enjoy. The best part of my job is helping to create a winning situation for everyone involved.
